    2. Overseas purchases: within 21 days of receipt

    3. Returns submitted after these periods cannot be accepted.

  • Fees & Restrictions:

    1. 10% restocking fee on all returns (unless due to manufacturer defect)

    2. 25% restocking fee on assembled items

    3. No returns on used, marked, damaged, or altered merchandise

    4. Certain items are non‑returnable once opened—please confirm with us before returning

  • Return Process:

    1. Email info@trinidadhomeimprovement.com with your order receipt or invoice copy and reason for return.

    2. You are responsible for shipping items back to our store.

    3. Signing the delivery note confirms acceptance of these Terms and the item’s condition.
